Tuition & Fees

Arts Rochester requires tuition payments in advance in order to hold a student’s spot in class and to be sure classes have the necessary enrollment to run.   Please understand that upon registration for a full-year course you are responsible for the full-year tuition unless you notify us by filling out a “drop” form at the front desk 14 days in advance. 

Most of our classes/lessons run the full academic year (34 weeks) although some are offered in shorter session.  Short-term course tuition must be paid in full at time of registration.

34 Week Course Payment Options:

Full Year Payment -                 Due at registration

Semester Payments (2) -          First payment due at registration

                                                Second payment due Jan. 17, 2008

 Monthly Payments -    First payment due at registration

Remaining Payments due by the 7^th of each month October through May. 

Please note:  For monthly tuition, December is ½ the usual amount. 

A $10 late fee will be applied to all tuition payments not received within 7 days of the due date. (Late fee is applied the 15^th of the month.)  If tuition is not paid by the 21^st of the month, the student will be asked to sit out of class until tuition is paid.

There are no refunds of short-term course or monthly tuition. At the discretion of the director, refunds may be given to those who have prepaid for a semester or full-year with 14 days written notice.

An annual registration fee of $20 per student or $40 per family (3 or more students) will be charged for those participating in full-year programs to cover the cost of setting up and maintaining student accounts. 

A fee of $20.00 will be charged for returned checks.

Single Class Rates

To figure tuition for multiple classes:

1)       Use the chart below for multiple classes. 

2)       Figure the total number of hours per week that you or members of your family are taking class. 

3)       Choose a payment option:  full year, semester (2), or monthly: 

For full year payment, multiply # of hours per week x rate x 34 weeks.

For semester payments, multiply # hours per week x rate x 17 weeks.

For monthly payments, multiply # hours per week x rate x 4 weeks.

YOGA

with Paula Tetreault

Tuesday   6:30-7:30 pm            Thursdays  6-7pm

10 Class Punch Card:  $100 (valid for 4 months)

Drop-In rate:  $11

These yoga classes are designed to stretch and strengthen your body as well as help you let go of the stresses of your day.  Relax as you learn to use your body, mind, and breath to decrease stress and increase your sense of well-being.  Wear loose or stretchable, comfortable clothing.  Yoga mat recommended.

THEATRE DEPARTMENT

Youth Theatre Classes

Through theatre games, improvisation, and movement, this class will help students build self confidence as well as learn more about themselves and the world around them.  Classes will share scenes and short plays with family and friends at the end of each semester.

            Tuesdays:         4:00-5:00 pm     Ages 7-10

                                    5:00-6:30 pm     Ages 11 and up
